Laptop components purchased from ALIE have at least thirty (90) day warranty at the time of purchase. The respective warranty is based on the warranty date of your Proforma Invoice, and we provide the repair or exchange of that item for you.

Defective products can only be exchanged for the same identical part number item.
 


We accept payment via Bank Wire Transfers (T/T),  Western Union and PayPal.

    Issue Purchase Order (P.O) to us via Fax (+8862-2260-9260) or E-mail (sales@alielcdscreen.com)
     
  2. We'll Issue P.I
    When receiving your P.O, we will issue Proforma Invoice (P.I) to you for checking your PO information such as shipping address, items, quantity, price, terms and condition.
     
  3. Payment
    Please follow the payment terms listed on your Proforma In voice.
     
  4. Send us payment receipts
    The deliveiy date is based on the lead-time on P.I after the receipt of payment.

Reliable procedures

We offer various shipping options, including Taiwan local forwarders, international forwarders (FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.) and EMS, Customers also can assign their prefer forwarder.
Once the purchase is shipped, the customer will receive Air Waybill with tracking number via email.

      

  1. Request RMA number
    Customer experience a DOA or manufacturer defect within the customers respective warranty period, and the customer must contact us prior to the expiry of the customer's respective warranty.
    Please fill out your return request by submitting an e-mail to service@alielcdscreen.com.
     
  2. Return Shipping Instruction
    Once contacted, we will issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Please mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of the return package.
     
  3. Ship all returns to the following address
    The customer then has 7 calendar days to ship it to  us after receipt of RMA number. The shipping address is as below address.
